I recognized a number of those photos as being from the betterphoto.com community. I reported the abuse to flickr.com.

It probably wouldn't hurt if they received multiple reports. It might help them move a bit more quickly to remove the photos from that individual's gallery.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have contacted the thief as well as flicker and will be notifying yahoo. How dare she steal my image...much less an image of MY CHILD!!!!!!!! #3289503
