It took about 3-4 attempts to get this shot.

Once I sized the small bubble and had it floating on the surface of the water, I used the wand to move it forward and attach to the glasses rim. I used a larger wand (about the size of the glasses opening) and after getting a bubble sized right, lowered it over the small bubble and onto the rim. Not easy because the bubble deflates easily and a gentle amount of air is the only way to keep the size. The set up took a bit of time and the smaller bubble popped right after this shot.
