Description

painterly effected created with smudge brush in PSCS and bg colour added on serveral layers at different opacities, brush sizes and flow values as well as a gaussian blur applied on alternate layers to smooth out colour

I can't afford Corel Paint so this is my version LOL

Thanks Niels and Carolyn:-) Carolyn, if you have photoshop - any version I believe, just take a shot you'd like to "paint" and then use the smudge tool to replicate paint strokes - it's tedious (depending on the initial photograph) but the results are nice:-) Best of luck to you!! #2838067
